If you are unable to speak or understand English, please inform the staff in the department or ward that you will be attending. We can make interpretation arrangements to help you.

If your admission is planned, please let us know as soon as possible before you come into hospital as it may take time to make these arrangements. You may also wish to bring a relative or friend with you who does speak English, but we realise that this may not always be possible or appropriate.
